Chocolate mousse
Delicate and light mousse, easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Chocolate milk

    100 г

  • Sour cream

    4 ст. л.

  • Chicken egg

    2 шт

  • Sugar

    1 ст. л.

Sour cream I got 30%. Chocolate took over the taste of coffee. It was very tasty.

Chocolate melt in a water bath. Not to put it in the microwave, and the mousse will not work.

Separate eggs into whites and yolks. Beat the yolks with half the sugar. And add to chocolate. Mix well.

Add portions of sour cream. Mix well.

Beat the whites with the remaining sugar.

Until a thick foam.

Portions little by little add to the chocolate mass and gently mix. Until smooth.

Ready mousse pour in all forms. Put in the fridge for 2-3 hours.

You can decorate with sprinkled (powdered sugar, cocoa, berries, grated chocolate)
