  • Melon

  • Ice cream

  • Mint

  • Semi-dry red wine

Let's start with the wine caramel: a glass of red wine pour in a pan, add 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar, 5 to 7 grains of cloves, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and a quarter of lemon. Cook on a medium heat until the liquid is reduced by half and become thick syrup concentration

Cut the melon balls with a special spoon

When the syrup has cooled wine fill half of the balls from the melon and leave for 20 minutes, that would be soaked

Now prepare a smoothie: slices of melon, 2 tablespoons of vanilla ice cream and a mint blend and put in freezer for 10 minutes

Pour the smoothie into a glass, melon balls strung on a wooden skewer
