Very tasty and tender cake!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    170 g

  • Corn starch

    40 g

  • Leavening agent

    3 tsp

  • Butter

    185 g

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Powdered sugar

    500 g

  • Cocoa powder

    40 g

  • Milk

    170 g

Make the dough: all mix well and beat for 3 minutes,spread into a square shape with pergamentom, even out and bake in razogretyj to 180°C oven for about 45 minutes.

Then allow to cool, cut off the edges and cut 1 time horizontally. The cream lubricates well and rubs the bottom layer,cover with a second and cut into squares,it turns 16-20 pieces,depending on shape.

For the glaze: mix all the ingredients in kastrula,put in a water bath and mix until the mixture is smooth and shiny,remove from heat and using two forks dip our squares. I did not fully dip them, because for me with the odd sweet work, so just poured on top.

and then coat them in coconut flakes or grated nuts forest I did with colored balls )))
