Cakes
I have a New year necessarily associated with the white fluffy snow. This year the weather here is not December, winter does not indulge us with snow. I decided to make a festive dessert with delicate sponge cake with coconut cream and whipped cream - "snow" cakes.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    100 ml

Cooking

Prepare the necessary products for the cake.

Separate the whites from the yolks (eggs take chilled). Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar. Whisk the whites on low speed until white peaks (when the roll-over capacity, they do not evolve).

Gently add the yolks to proteins, preventing the mass from the bottom up. Add sifted flour with baking powder and starch. Add the vanilla sugar. Stir the batter gently, so it is not lost airiness.

Pour the dough in a greased form and bake at 180" for 20-25 minutes.

Now prepare coconut cream. To the milk add the sifted starch and flour, stir. The remaining milk bring to the boil and pour it in the mixture. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Cooled.

Whisk the softened butter with the icing sugar and vanilla.

Add to the butter the cooled custard and beat again. Add coconut and mix everything. Leave the cream in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.

Take chilled cream, add a pinch of salt and whisk to increase their volume by half. Part of whipped cream, leave for decoration, others gently admixed to the cream.

From the cooled sponge cake cut the same circles. I of this amount, the test turned out 10 circles with a diameter of 7 cm.

I infused each bubble with liquid cream, you can use the syrup to taste.

Each biscuit thickly lubricated cream and cover with a second circle.

On top, I slathered the cakes with whipped cream and decorated with coconut flakes and pearl sprinkles.
