Delicious and easy homemade marmalade.

Ingredients

  • Gelatin

  • Potato starch

Gelatin pour 100 ml. of water, give to swell.

Apples peel, remove serdtsevinu and grate on a coarse grater. apples put in a saucepan.

To the grated apples, add sugar, put on fire, bring to boil, then reduce the fire and stirring occasionally, simmer the apples for about 30-40 minutes. Add the starch diluted in a small amount of cold water, all mix thoroughly and bring to boil. Hot applesauce beat using a blender.

Gelatin put on the fire and warm up before full dissolution of grains. Pour the dissolved gelatin into the applesauce, mix everything carefully.
