Fried cakes with currants
Cakes crispy on the outside, juicy inside with a sweet and sour filling.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    375 г

  • Milk

In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt

In another bowl mix milk, egg and melted SL. oil

Pour the liquid into the bowl with the flour. Mix and gather the dough into a ball. Wrap the dough with cling film and remove for 30 minutes in the fridge

Meanwhile, in a bowl with currants, add sugar and 1 tbsp flour. Mix well.

Remove dough from refrigerator and roll out. Cut out dough circles. Then again roll out each circle of dough

In the center of each circle put the stuffing. Then gently to seal, like to clip the edges of the dough.

Should have 2-3 such plates. Once everything is ready, fry until Golden brown.
