Ginger-oatmeal cookies
Soft and fragrant ginger-oatmeal cookies with the decoration of glaze.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    3 ст. л.

  • Butter

    70 г

  • Flour

Oat flakes Hercules TM "Mistral" to grind flour.

Mix the egg with the brown sugar and whisk. Add the butter and whisk.

Add baking soda, cocoa powder, ginger, cinnamon and stir. Add oatmeal and wheat flour. Knead thick, but elastic dough.

For half an hour put the dough in the fridge. Then we divide it into two parts and roll out into the reservoir.

Using shaped molds cut out cookies.

Put on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper and bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for about 10-12 minutes. Remove cookies from baking sheet and cooled.

Protein, beat with icing sugar to form a mass of average density. With glaze, decorate at will with biscuits.
