  • Cream

  • Milk

    250 мл

  • Powdered sugar

  • Egg white

  • Salt

  • Raisins

    100 г

  • Dried apricots

    100 г

  • Prunes

    100 г

  • Walnuts

    100 г

Whip the cream with the icing sugar. If beat with a mixer, first on the lowest speed and then gradually increase, otherwise, it's butter, not whipped cream. When cream is whipped, gradually pour in the milk, still whisking.

Beat the whites with the salt and enter into the cream mix gently. The mixture should be thick and airy.

Add the raisins, crushed nuts, chopped prunes and dried apricots.

All pereneset and morosanu for 3-4 hours. You can put any dried fruits and nuts, add restofline chocolate or cocoa. It all depends on taste and imagination.
