Cooking
In a bowl mix all the cake ingredients until smooth.
Pour batter into greased pan and bake in a pre heated oven for 20 minutes.
Beat with a mixer proteins, gradually adding sugar, until a stable foam.
Lubricates the surface of the pie and bake for another 20 minutes. Cool.
