Cookies with a crispy crust, soft inside. Has a light banana-cinnamon flavor. Suitable as a dessert and as a snack between meals. Prepared without the addition of eggs.

Cooking
A little bit about the ingredients. As the biscuits are prepared without eggs, substitutes are bananas and flax flour. If there are no Flaxseed meal, you can do without it. Here it is for the benefit of the final product. If the bananas are sweet enough and You are saving a shape/health, then sugar can be missed or replaced fruit syrup. Butter adds a special flavor to the cakes, but just as easily replaced by any refined at Your discretion.
In a separate container and mash with a fork bananas with soft butter, sugar and salt.
To combine the dry ingredients (three kinds of flour, the cinnamon, the vanilla and soda).
To the banana mixture add cereal, mix well. Add the flour mixture and knead a sticky dough. If there is not enough thick, gradually add flour to desired consistency.
Put the dough with a spoon. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven until Golden brown (about 40 minutes). Biscuit during baking not spreading, slightly increases in volume.
