Cheese buns
Tender rolls of cottage cheese dough with sugar.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    450 г

  • Milk

  • Yeast

  • Chicken egg

  • Margarine

  • Sugar

Milk heat to a state of "pair", stir in 1 tsp sugar and yeast. Leave for 15 minutes so that the yeast "earned" (to form the foam). Separately mix margarine(butter), sugar, salt, add eggs and cottage cheese, again all stir well.

To connect curd mix with milk and yeast to enter the sifted flour. Knead well the dough, if needed add more flour. The dough should be smooth and not stick to hands.

Pan grease with vegetable oil and put it in the ball of dough. Cover with a towel. Put in a warm place to increase in volume twice (I did it in about two hours).

Remove dough, sprinkle the table with flour, put the dough on the table. Divide into equal serving pieces.

Each piece of roll into a bundle, fold it in half, the ends tucked inside.

Coat a baking sheet with vegetable oil and spread it formed a bun.

Before baking grease the buns with a mixture of yolk and milk, sprinkle well with sugar. Leave the buns on the baking sheet for another 30 minutes in a warm place.

Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Ready to grease the buns with cold milk, cover with a towel and leave for 20 minutes to "rest".
