Triple pie with plums
Triple - a because its preparation is used three types of test: a crunchy shortbread base, soft "cacaopera" the middle and crispy on top streusel. And the most important thing in a cake - a rich plum taste. Cooking is not difficult and fast enough, the result is great!

To make a cake I'll need butter 82,5% TM "Ekomilk". The baking pan diameter 18 cm

Make the first part of the test sand. In a large bowl mix the flour, sugar. Add the softened butter. Fingers kneaded dough to a state of fine crumbs. Cold water was added and again kneaded (kneading only less than 3 minutes). The dough will be in the form of small moist crumbs.

Spread sand in the form, smeared on the bottom and lightly tamped (I have silicone, no grease). In several places prick with a fork. Put to bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 5 minutes. Then take out and slightly cool.

Doing the second part of the test. It will be something like cookie dough, soft and loose. Mix butter and sugar, beat with a mixer until fluffy.

Add the egg yolks (room temperature) and whisk again until creamy.

Then add flour mixed with baking powder. Quickly stir until smooth. The batter should be thick. So, to make it easy to "spread". If you thought that the mass of tight turns, you can add 1 tablespoon of water.

This is the third part of the test, streusel. In the bucket put the butter and sugar. Put the pot on medium heat and melt the butter with the sugar.

Then turn the heat to low. Pour in a ladle of the flour and coconut. And quickly begin to interfere with a wooden spatula to form a small crumb (time 1-2 minutes).

Assemble the pie. On the first layer of dough, spread half of the sliced plums.

Then spread the second part of the test is creamy. With a spoon smear it on top of the plums (I smear the two tablespoons, it's more convenient). On top lay the second half of the sliced plums.
