Solar light dessert, the perfect ending to any meal.
Ingredients

Pineapple

Rum
1 ст. л.

Butter
1 ст. л.
Cooking
Half pineapple peel and cut into slices
1/2 sliced pineapple chopped with a blender until the consistency of mashed potatoes
1 Tablespoon butter, 1 Tablespoon sugar and the pineapple slices preheat a pan on medium heat until the sugar is dissolved.
Add the 1st. A spoonful of rum and flamborough ( fire that would have vaporized alcohol)
When the flame goes out, add the cut banana halves
Cook until Golden brown
In a deep dish, pour a puree of pineapple and a slide to put pineapples and bananas. Decorate with cherries and mint leaves.
With a glass of champagne... Mmmm... enjoy your time!
