To make pancakes of oil "Oleyna.
Now for the cream. Oil needs to get out in advance, as it must be very soft. Whisk it a few minutes, gradually adding the powdered sugar and cocoa.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave.
Now add it to the oil mixture (still whisking), add the coffee.
Now spread the cream on the pancake.
