If one day you want to pamper their Pets with delicious cakes, this recipe can always help you. It is a real temptation!!! It will be difficult to resist not to eat another one but maybe not one bun. The main advantage of these rolls - they always all work the first time. And that's not all! The filling can be any to your taste! Or no, just sprinkle these muffins brown sugar cinnamon, and you have a new delicious pastries! Today, I have these buns with beet leaves and fresh Circassian cheese. Great combination! Cooking
To prepare the dough. In a saucepan mix the yogurt and sunflower oil.

Gradually add in the flour (2.5 cups) kefir-yeast mixture.

Then put in a bowl and cover with a cloth or cling film. Put in a warm place for proofing, for about 30-40 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Beet leaves, mint and green onions rinse and dry well.
