Simple, lean, budget, generic version of the dough for rolls and pies and traditional molding birds out of dough. Step-by-step recipe.

Cooking
Prepare the ingredients: wheat flour - 1 kg salt - 1 HR./l. sugar (sand) – 1,5 tbsp./l. yeast (dry) – 10 gr of boiled water (room temp.) – 0.5 l
Sift the flour through a sieve.
Dry ingredients (flour, salt, sugar, yeast) together.
Water pour into a wide, high capacity.
Gradually pour in water to the dry mixture, stirring first with spoon, then hands. In a bowl, knead well the dough.
Cover with a towel. Put in a warm place for 40 minutes.
