Delicious cake of choux pastry with condensed milk and nuts.

Ingredients

  • Butter

  • Water

In a saucepan pour the milk and water with butter and salt, bring to a boil.

When boiling, remove from heat, add the flour and knead the dough.

One by one add the eggs, after each beat the dough. A teaspoon spread on a baking sheet and send in a preheated 190 degrees for 20 minutes. But be guided by your oven. And do not open for 15 minutes the oven door otherwise the dough will settle.

Grind nuts in a blender. Mix all ingredients for the cream.

Each ball roll in the cream and put into the form.

Decorate according to your taste. I melted the chocolate with a little milk and butter. Put in refrigerator for at least a few hours for impregnation. Ready!
