Apple peel and cut into not very thin slices. In a frying pan heat 30 g butter, 30 g brown sugar (I have fine brown sugar TM "Mistral") and 1 tsp cinnamon. Add the Apple slices and stirring occasionally simmer the apples on low heat in caramel 5-7 minutes.

Prepare the dough. Sift flour, add baking powder, brown sugar (I TM "Mistral") and cold butter. Grind with your fingers until fine crumbs. Drive 200 grams of yogurt or low fat sour cream. Knead the dough with a spoon. The dough should be soft and a bit sticky. Yogurt may need a little more.

On a floured surface roll out the dough into a rectangle 1 cm thick Spread on half of the dough apples. The apples from the pan, remove with a fork so the dough got a lot of excess fluid.

Mix apples, juice and zest of lemon and brown sugar (I have sugar TM "Mistral"). We put our apples to dry for 1.5-2 hours in the oven, preheated to 100 degrees.

Mix dried apples with a good black tea, ground cinnamon and cloves and dried cranberries. Put the tea mixture in an airtight jar and leave to infuse and soak the flavors for 2 weeks. Brew like regular tea.
