3. While the dough is rising, put to cook the chicken breast. When the chicken is ready, cooled and dismantle it into small pieces.
step-3
4. In approaching the dough add the salt (0,7 tsp) and 1 tbsp vegetable oil. Sift the flour and pour in the liquid mixture, knead the dough. Put the dough in a bowl (400g), cover with a dry towel and put for 30 minutes in a warm place to rise 2 times.
step-4
5. If you have a Buffalo sauce, you can skip this step. Cook "based Buffalo sauce". If you don't have a certain ingredient for the sauce, skip it. Mix any hot sauce (1/3 Cup.), rice vinegar (to taste), Worcestershire sauce (0,5 tsp), honey (0.5 tsp.) and corn starch (1 tsp). Add to your liking - powder chilli, smoked paprika, sweet paprika, salt, powder dried onion powder and Cayenne pepper powder, dried garlic and ground celery seeds and salt. Still, I added 3 tbsp of ketchup.
step-5
6. Prepare the filling for rolls. Processed cheese cut into 24 pieces. The cooled pumpkin (300 g), cleaned from the skin and take 12 ~ equal parts.
step-6
7. Coming up abenaim dough and roll into a tourniquet, then divide into 14 parts. Of the 12 parts form the balls, and the last 2 parts of the roll together. It turns out 12 identical bread rolls and one large.
step-7

step-8
9. Blanks for rolls, mash into a pancake, put the filling and form rolls.
step-9
Put 10 buns in the shape of a circle. I have a form f 26 cm, get a better f 28. My buns are not all included in the mold, I had to put one in the middle, but it is better not to do, as it is a place for sauce. Billet cover with cling film and put into warm place to rise. I have a place oven, it's still warm after pumpkin.
step-10
11. Prepare the sauce dip. Baked pumpkin (150 grams) grind.
step-11
12. Add to the pumpkin chicken fillet, soft cheese (2 tablespoons), butter (1 tbsp), squeezed out the garlic..
step-12
13... and a sauce inspired by Buffalo (0,25 stack.), sprinkle with salt and stir. You can add 1 tbsp of sour cream.
step-13
14. Fill the middle of the prepared sauce. Preheat the oven to 190 C and bake for 35-45 minutes until Golden color of the scones.
step-14
15. Served slightly cooled muffins in the form where they were baked to the table and eat at the place with the sauce. There are buns is very convenient because it is already in the sauce. Bon appetit! P. S. Form for this recipe should be 28 f cm I don't have one. Muffins portions, there should be 16 pieces and they must be placed in a circle. I have the dough for the pizza. If you don't want to mess around with the dough, you can buy 1 pack (400 g), yeast pastry.
