Baking molds I have a metal — 12 pieces 1. Prepare the dough. In warm water stir in the yeast (1 tsp), sugar (1 tsp) and flour (1 tsp). Stir and keep warm for 20-30 minutes before the appearance of the foam caps.
2. Make the dough. In a bowl, whisk 2 eggs with salt and sugar. Add the sour cream. Stir until a homogeneous mixture.
3. Sift the flour into a large bowl and in the center of the flour slides, pour in the egg mixture, yeast dough..

5. Knead the dough. Cover the bowl with the dough with film and leave in warm to rise for 1 hour.
6. Prepare the stuffing. Apples clear from the skin and finely dice. Mix apples with cornstarch.
7. Form buns. On the covered with flour a countertop or cutting Board, lay out approached the dough and again knead to a smooth homogeneous state. Divide the dough into 12 equal parts and roll into balls.
8. Each ball of dough roll out into a pancake. With the help of a tea saucer cut out the circle. Crop roll in balls and put in the package.
9. It turned out 12 circles.
10. Put the slices into molds. Lubricate the molds with oil is not necessary!!!
11. Put in each mold with 2 tbsp. of Apple filling, a bit of candied fruit...
13. From the remnants of dough (scraps) roll out 12 thin slices. Cut them as pictured...

15. Shaped rolls spread on a baking sheet and cover. Place baking sheet with blanks in the oven for 20-30 minutes for proofing. Set the min temperature 40 C.
16. Then brush the buns loose cannons yolk and bake in a preheated 180 – 190 C oven until Golden brown, ~20 minutes. After baking, sprinkle the buns with water and cover them with a towel. You can sprinkle with melted butter.
17. Slightly cooled rolls are removed from the molds. Removed rolls very easily. It is necessary to pry the edge of the muffin with a toothpick. The marmalade after it has cooled, the bun hardens and envelops the Apple filling. I want to please those who do not like to wash here such metal molds. I was also pleased.
