Cooking
The dough I kneaded in the bread machine. At the bottom of the bucket, pour 5 tbsp of flour on top of yeast at the peak of activity, top to 3 cups ( 250 ml) flour, 5 tablespoons sugar, soda, vanilla sugar, cocoa, salt. Then separately whisk the eggs, add the warm milk, melted margarine and vegetable oil. Pour this milk-egg-oil mixture into the middle of the flour and add the honey on top. Enables the Dough ( I have 1 hour) two times, then add in our dough 1 ( 200 ml) Cup sifted flour enables the Batter and give a good knead. All the dough is ready. Put it on the table ( in the photo half the test).
Divide the dough into pieces, each piece in the cake, on the cake put the sugar at its own discretion because we do have a sweet tooth, then each bun I sprinkled 2 tsp of sugar.
Forming rolls spread seam side down. Half of the muffins I baked in the slow cooker. This greased bowl MV with vegetable oil and put the buns in a single layer. Turn on the dough 1 hour ( who does not have such a program, the Control 40 degrees).
The second half of the muffins I baked in silicone form, greased with melted margarine. Laid in her buns and put in the preheated oven at 100 degrees for 1 hour.
When the dough has risen, then I greased them with yolk mixed with milk and sprinkled with sugar. Did the same thing with the rolls that fit in the MV.

These muffins I baked in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
