Ingredients for puffs. Puff pastry to thaw. To prepare puffs I used generic brown sugar TM "Mistral".
The large layer of dough cut 1/4 part.
A small part of the test roll out with a thickness of 2-3 mm and using the glass to cut out circles. I cut out 18 circles.
A large layer of dough roll out into a rectangle with a thickness of 2-3 mm.
Brown sugar mixed with ground cinnamon.
Half of the rectangular layer of dough sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon, peel and put the bananas on the edge of the layer of dough.
Roll it up to the middle of the layer of dough.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon the second half of the layer of dough (leave a little sugar with cinnamon for topping puffs before baking), the second banana peel and put on the edge of the dough.
Rolled into a roll. There were 2 rolls.
Rolls cut into pieces. I cut into 9 pieces as cut out 18 circles from the dough, each part of the roll will need 2 mug test.
