Corn bread
The first time I made and really liked it.

Ingredients

  • Water

  • Corn flour

  • Flour

    1.5 стак.

  • Yeast

    1.5 ч. л.

  • Salt

    1 ч. л.

  • Sugar

    1 ст. л.

  • Vegetable oil

    4 ст. л.

Dissolve yeast in warm milk with sugar, let stand for 15 minutes. Then knead the dough, let it rise for 1.5 hours. Hands grease with vegetable oil a baking sheet too. To form the bread dough to give up. Bake in the oven at 180*C until Golden brown. The bread was delicious, but I overdid the salt. Bon appetit!
