Lenten buns with sugar and cinnamon
In the first years of marriage, I had no idea what is baking and how to work with the dough. And then my husband taught me to bake these muffins... Now I have learned a lot, but sugar-cinnamon rolls will never go away from our daily lives, because fast days they come in handy, and my husband really enjoys when I take them! Today one of these evenings, and I decided to share with you this simple recipe!

Ingredients

  • Water

  • Vegetable oil

In warm water bred yeast, salt. Add the sifted flour, knead the dough, it should be supple, not tight. Try to put less flour for this grease hands with vegetable oil.

Prepare the cinnamon mixed with sugar, a quarter Cup of sugar, leave and dissolve in a quarter Cup hot water (for lubrication rolls).

Roll the cake into 1 cm width, wetted on the outside with a little water and spread on it the sugar-cinnamon mixture.

Roll the cake into a roll, with all sides closing it.

Closes the resulting open side of the roll, and the resulting muffin is sent on a greased baking sheet.
