Cooking
Boil the beets until tender. Grate on a fine grater, then add the gauze in 5 layers, squeeze the juice. Beet juice should be 150 ml.
In a bowl add salt, sugar, yeast and egg yolk. Mix well.
Then pour heated until warm beet juice, add 120 g sifted flour. Mix well.
Next, add the melted cooled butter and mix thoroughly. Gradually add the remaining sifted flour.
Knead a soft, elastic and not stick to hands dough. Cover with a towel and leave for 1.5 hours in a warm place to rise.
Then the risen dough roll out to a thickness of 2-3 mm and lubricated chocolate paste.
A layer of dough rolling rolls to meet each other.
The resulting roll is cut into pieces of 1.5-3 cm Spread on a baking sheet covered with parchment, greased 1 tbsp vegetable oil. The bottom of the rolls to pull down a bit, forming hearts. Bake at 190 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Bon appetit!
