Ravioli with salmon and ricotta
I'm generally not a fan of ricotta, mozzarella (etc.), especially with salmon, but try these ravioli, I fell in love with the taste forever...

Ingredients

  • Flour

Gradually adding the sifted flour and knead the dough. Wrap in foil and put for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Salmon cut into small cubes, add to the ricotta and mix well.

After 30 min, the dough very thinly roll out,

Spread the filling (1 tsp),

Put on top of the same layer of dough, a glass cut out circles. Put the ravioli in boiling, not heavily salted water and cook for about 7 min.

Before serving, you can mix with butter. Put on plate, pour cream, garnish with Basil.
