Do not judge strictly, this is my first recipe posted here.))) I agree, something like the site has, but exactly the same is still not found. I invented this creation inspired by a Chinese traditional sweet steam buns, but it is only the motives, authentic recipe on the site already.)) My version contains a number of significant differences, such as adding dried or candied citrus and an almost complete replacement of sugar with honey. When I first made these muffins, I discovered that my household can't resist to get past them peacefully and not to nip off a piece. I regularly something baked, but I don't remember what else was over so fast. ))) In addition, the lack of toasted crust and honey instead of sugar makes this dish a few more diet than cakes out of the oven. By the way, bake the buns in the oven, I think it is also quite possible, although I have not tried it.))) Hope You like it!;)

Start? ))) Then in a separate bowl, mix dry yeast, a tablespoon sugar and warm water. And leave for 10-15 minutes. At this time, in a large bowl place flour, salt, baking powder, put the honey, egg. Cut thin slices of citrus (a lot more interesting when they mixed, the dish is more colorful))).

Put the sliced citrus in a large bowl, there pour water with approaching yeast. Thoroughly knead the dough.

Close the bowl with cling film and put the dough in a warm place for 1-1,5 hours to properly fit. I put it in the oven, slightly warmed in the smallest capacity. When the dough is ready, remove it from there.
