Take the flour, yeast, salt, cinnamon and 3 tbsp. sugar - mix well add 150 ml milk, warmed 3 tbsp oil - all thoroughly let it rise

While the dough is coming, we will clean the apples, cut them into circles (cut out the middle with seeds) after they are laid on the bottom of the baking pan, sprinkle with 1 tbsp sugar and pour 50 ml of milk

Divide the dough into 10-12 pieces, roll them into balls and put over apples on top of them, you can anoint with butter or beaten egg
