Simple, unpretentious casserole for kids is quickly cooked and eaten too quickly!

Vermicelli to boil, as it is written on the package. The stuffing I have done, I specially prepared for my daughter: beef mince, add onion, salt, form balls and freeze, I feel so comfortable. So, one ball of stuffing to cook along with the noodles.
Eggs and milk beat well with a whisk, season with a little salt. For a child, always use quail eggs because they are better absorbed and have very much vitamins.
Cherry tomatoes cut into circles. If not cherry, then I can use regular tomatoes.
Mould for muffins, greased with olive oil.
So, put our zapekanku. On the bottom put a bit of vermicelli.
And again noodles. Top slightly flatten with a spoon.
A casserole and pour the egg-milk mixture so that the filling rose to the top.
And bake it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.
