Description

Cooking
To prepare the products.
Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes, boil until tender, mash into a puree. A decoction save. Fry the onions until Golden brown and together with the oil in which it was browned, add in the mashed potatoes.
Measure 1 Cup of potato broth ( it should be warm), add yeast with a pinch of sugar and leave for 10 minutes.
On the working surface sift the flour. In the center to make a recess, pour sugar, salt, stir. Put the potatoes, slowly pour the yeast, kneading the dough. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Knead the dough, form a ball and put into a bowl. Tighten with cling film and leave in a warm place to rise for 1.5-2 hours.

Divide the dough into two parts, each roll into a rectangle 1.5 cm thick. Roll the rectangle into a log and cut into buns 2.5-3cm. thick.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Rolls spread on a greased sheet of baking paper and give a time for 20 minutes.
Bake until Golden brown, about 25-30 minutes.
