Flour, salt, oil, water and eggs, knead the dough so that it is stretched. In a saucepan boil water, add salt. (If you make the dough balls will be even tastier).
Squeeze out the water dough. If there's no such thing, then turn the dough out onto a plank and a knife portional to throw the dough.
When the float (3 min.), pull out with a slotted spoon into cold water for a few minutes.
