Buckwheat-onion bagels

Prepare the products. Grind buckwheat into flour.

Add a glass of warm water. Leave for 10 minutes. Then add 2 tbsp of vegetable oil. Add buckwheat flour. Mix well. Add the sifted wheat flour. Knead the dough. Leave for 1 hour, covered with a towel.

Cut the onion. On a heated pan pour 2 tbsp oil, spread the onions. Fry until Golden brown. Cool.
