Buckwheat and cottage cheese casserole
In our family, I love cheese. So it is always available. And yesterday faced the problem of disposing of boiled buckwheat. The idea gave the recipe Lyudmila Novoselova (Thank you!)

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    300 г

  • Cheese

    300 г

  • Chicken egg

    2 шт

  • Sour cream

    100 г

  • Sugar

    4 ст. л.

  • Candied

    1 горст.

  • Vegetable oil

Proteins separated from the yolks.

Separately, beat whites until soft education peaks. Proteins it is better to whip at once, while they are out of the fridge and after whipping put the bowl in a cool place.

Put in another bowl the cottage cheese, egg yolks, sugar and sour cream.

And beat with a mixer on medium speed until smooth.

Then add boiled buckwheat, candied fruit or raisins and stir with a spoon.

Then on top spread the beaten egg whites. Gently mix from top to bottom, in a circular motion.

Spread in a greased with vegetable oil form. Bake at 180-200 degrees for about 30-35 minutes. Willingness to check, gently pressing the surface with your finger.

Let cool in the oven, take out, cut and... Accept compliments.
