Dumplings with lentils
It is known that the way to a man's heart is through his stomach, so I love to please beloved with delicious dishes. Here is the recipe of one of them. An unusual variant of making dumplings. On the fan!

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Sugar

    1 ст. л.

  • Chicken egg

  • Margarine

    1 ст. л.

  • Salt

    1 ч. л.

  • Water

    1 стак.

  • Lentils

    1 стак.

  • Minced meat

    200 г

  • Onion

    1 шт

  • Vegetable oil

To prepare the dough: mix the yeast with sugar dissolve in 0.5 cups of warm water and leave for 10 minutes to rise

In a large bowl pour the flour, make in the centre a well, pour in yeast, add the remaining water and other products for the dough and knead until you get soft dough. Covering the top, let the dough stand in a warm place to rise (about 40 min.)

Prepare the stuffing: boil the lentils in salted water. Drain the water.

Fry the lentils with the chopped onion and meat, add salt to taste.

When the dough is ready (doubled), cut bits off, roll them into round layers. Layers cut into strips with a width of 3 inches, and then divide them into triangles. In the middle of each triangle put the filling and good semipelite (or sculpt like regular dumplings, or with the help of pelmennitsa)
