Cooking
First, prepare the ingredients for dough. We will need 2 eggs, 0.5 liters of warm milk, 7 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 12 tbsp. of Rast. oil, 1 kg of flour and 1 p. yeast SAF-moment, vanillin.
In a bowl pour the warm milk, pour the sugar and yeast SAF-moment, mix up and give a little dough to come.
In the finished dough add the butter, salt, vanilla, eggs, stir and pour the sifted flour and starch. Always yeast dough put 2 tbsp of starch, it makes the finished product soft and on the second and on the third day, I'm with my family, of course, not in danger, we almost all eat from, but I always do! Knead well with your hands the dough, cover the bowl with a cloth and put in warm place to rise.
Prepare the filling. Soft butter mix with sugar and poppy seeds until smooth.
Abenaim the dough once and let go again, after that we will carve. I usually divide the dough in half, so it's easier to work with. Here's half the dough turns out.
Roll the dough into a pancake and spread the filling over the entire area, leaving one edge 5 inches free.
Turn the layer with the stuffing in the roll.
Cut the roll into buns, the height choose what You like, I have probably 6-7 centimeters.
Coat the baking pan with parchment and planted there our rolls at a distance from each other of 4 cm, leave to draw for 15 minutes. The oven pre-heated to 200 degrees. Rolls top no grease. Bake 30 minutes until Golden brown. Get these beauties!
While we bake scones, cook a sweet watering. In a container for immersion blender put the powdered sugar, cream cheese, lemon juice and milk. all mix until smooth, if very thick, then add milk and lemon juice, but should not be much liquid to the fondant kept on rulette. Hot rolls pour fill.
