Lemon muffins-muffins

Description

Dessert called scones, but for me. so it's cupcakes. Tasty, juicy, lemon. Recommend.

Here's the food we need. I took exactly half as there was only 1 lemon.

Beat the eggs with sugar to increase the weight in volume.

In a separate bowl mix the milk, oil, lemon juice and zest. Stir with a whisk.

To combine the egg and milk mixture. Mix well.

Parts enter the flour with the baking powder constantly. All beat well with a mixer.

Form grease with oil. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. The resulting dough pour into molds.

The dough is poured into forms. Put in preheated oven for 12 minutes.

Muffins -muffins are ready.
