Cooking
Take a bowl and mix in it the eggs, sugar until smooth, add the necessary warm milk and yeast. Now with a spoon stir well until the yeast has dissolved, when the yeast is dissolved, add melted margarine, stir and little by little add the sifted flour. Knead until elastic state, but not scoring a flour dough, and let it sit for 35-40 min.
Turn on the oven at 220 degrees. When the dough has increased in size, it is ready for the next stage. Roll out into a layer of the pastry (thickness 3-5 mm) and cut into triangles. On the wide edge, put jam (can be chocolate or caramel) and turn it into a roll. Transfer the bagels to the baking sheet with a parchment, grease with a mixture of eggs with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. We put our beauty in the oven for 15 minutes at 220 degrees.
After 15 min. our beauty is ready. Take out the pan from the oven and transfer to plate our bagels. Enjoy :) Sonny with milk eats them :) Bon appetit!!!
