Cooking
Sift flour, both kinds.
To the flour add: sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, saffron, ginger, vanilla, baking soda and baking powder, mix well.
In another bowl, whisk together egg and vegetable oil.
To egg mixture add milk (room temperature), whisk.
Add the mashed pumpkin, I made pumpkin steamed and fluffed in a blender. Stir it carefully.
Carefully enter the pumpkin-milk mixture into the flour, mix well.
Dough consistency, as liquid cream.
Heat the pan, quite a bit of grease with vegetable oil only before the first pancake and bake the average thickness of the pancakes. The surface of the pancake starts immediately covered with bubbles, as the top dries, turn over to the other side.
These pancakes are obtained porous, soft and smooth.
Curd mix with sour cream.
The curd is divided into two parts, each added at different jam spoon, mix separately.
