Pie stuffed with pumpkin and soft cheese can be served as hot or cold.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

  • Soft cheese

    100 г

  • Leeks

    100 г

  • Flour

    200 г

  • Chicken egg

    2 шт

  • Butter

    120 г

  • Sunflower oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

First of all, prepare dough. Pour the flour, add the egg, salt, oil. All grind, knead the dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes. As the dough I was ready, the photos here don't post. You can look in my recipe - cookie dough "Guests on the threshold".

Now the stuffing. Leeks cut. The pan pour sunflower oil and put in onions.

On a coarse grater grate the pumpkin and add to the onions. Fry for 10-15 minutes with the lid open, which evaporates the liquid.

Stuffing transfer to a plate to cool. Then add salt, pepper, egg and cream cheese. Mix well.

Remove dough from refrigerator, roll it and put into a form. Prick in several places with a fork. Put the filling, smooth. And put bake in preheated oven until tender about forty minutes.
