First you should fry the mushrooms with onions. Season with a little salt.
After slice the pre-cooked chicken.
Beat three eggs and add seasoning to taste. I always add salt, pepper, curry and paprika.
To prepare pie shell of puff pastry.
Put in a basis layer of chicken, layer of mushrooms and pour all the eggs.
Bake for about 50 -60 minutes at a temperature of 180 -200 degrees.
