Pie crackers and dried fruits
The cake turned out amazingly delicious: soft, moist and crumbly at the same time. A citrus aroma - it is something!!!

Ingredients

  • Crackers

  • Dried fruits

    100-150 г

  • Flour

    1 ст. л.

  • Leavening agent

    5 г

  • Powdered sugar

    50 г

  • Chicken egg

  • Margarine

    100 г

  • Buttermilk

Butter or margarine to melt and cool to room temperature. Crackers crushed with rolling pin or use breading. Dried fruits chopped, simultaneously removing bones, if any.

Preheat the oven to 180 C. Cultivator to mix with the flour, icing sugar. Add eggs, buttermilk (this product is a rare guest on our shelves, and so I replaced it with low-fat yogurt), butter or margarine. Mix well.

Add dried fruit, crackers, mix,

pour the batter into a greased form.

Bake for approximately 25 minutes, readiness check wooden stick.

The finished cake to cool in the form, carefully remove, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
