Cooking

step-0
In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients for the dough, including the yeast.
step-1
I have many years of use instant dry yeast SAF-Moment, excellent quality and always an excellent result when baking.
step-2
Add eggs,
step-3
Milk and knead everything thoroughly
step-4
Add the butter and again mix up well, leave the pastry in a warm place to rise, I came about an hour (it all depends on the room temperature.
step-5
While suitable dough, prepare the sauce (it can be prepared in advance, for example in the evening, as I did, he perfectly kept in a closed container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days), - for this the berries into a saucepan, add about 50 ml of water, half of the sugar and boil for 10 minutes.
step-6
Then cool slightly and beat until the immersion blender
step-7
RUB through a sieve, pour puree back in the saucepan, add the remaining sugar (amount of sugar then adjust to your taste - add more or less) and boil on low heat until puree is reduced by about a third (to evaporate excess liquid). Leave aside to cool.
step-8
In a pot, where you cook the sauce ( I took the container), mix sour cream and cream cheese thoroughly
step-9
Add honey and stir
step-10
Then in the sour cream of the sauce, one spoon to enter the chilled sea buckthorn puree, each time carefully stirring and tasting.
step-11
And then focus on your desired flavor of the sauce, I used about half of the mashed potatoes, it turns out to be beautiful, tender and sooo tasty sauce!
step-12
The remnants of mashed potatoes perfectly frozen and turned into homemade marmalade
step-13
Meanwhile, our dough came, this is how the smile turned out
step-14
And then one tip is I recommend the dough before baking it stir, - it will still air!
step-15
The pancake pan is very warm! Can be a little lubricated, if required by your fryer). Bake pancakes on medium heat ( I baked 9 at 6).
step-16
Hot pancakes, arrange on plates, the portion of the pancakes can be spread with the remaining marmalade, twist the tube and cut in half, separately in a gravy boat to file sea buckthorn sauce.
step-17
Warm pancakes to file immediately, pouring sauce, adding sea buckthorn berries and slices of marmalade. It is very delicious and incomparable combination! the tartness of cherry and sweet-sour taste of sea buckthorn!
