Delicious homemade Apple pie and chocolate drops.

Measure out 1 Cup semolina Mistral.
Pour the semolina with a Cup of yogurt and leave for 30-40 minutes.
Apples peel and thinly slice.
Beat eggs with sugar.
Melt the butter and add to the scrambled eggs. Add the vanilla sugar, baking powder and gradually add flour.
Into the dough gradually add the semolina, stirring with a spoon (from a severe beating can get too thick dough)
In the dough add the chocolate chips and apples. Mix well.
Put the dough in the form covered with paper for baking.
Bake on medium heat for 50-60 minutes. Until dry toothpick.
