Description
A very quick recipe Apple Charlotte in the microwave. The dough was tender and delicious, baked apples very well.
Ingredients

Cooking
In a bowl, whisk egg, add sour cream, beat again.
Add the cinnamon, mix well.
Add sugar, mix well.
Add the sifted flour with the soda and stir until smooth.
Wash apples and cut into thin slices.
A form suitable for microwave oven, grease with vegetable oil and pour half of the batter. Top gently lay the apples.
Spread remaining batter and top the remaining slices of apples, slightly pressing into the dough.
Put the pie in microwave oven for 7 minutes at a power of 750 Watts. To remove the cake ( see how cooked), if necessary, re-put in microwave for 1 min 45 sec.
Delicious and fast Apple pie is ready!
