Rice with liver and tangerines

Rice porridge "Aquatica Color Mix" rinse and soak in cold water for 1 hour. Then drain the water, pour two cups of boiling water and put to boil until cooked, it took me 20 minutes. You can skip the step of soaking, then water will need 2.5 cups and the time it will take 35-40 minutes.
