For lovers of the liver I found this recipe in my cookbook. The liver turns out very tender and tasty. Yum)))

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    1 kg

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Sour cream

    500 g

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Milk

    0.5 l

Cleaned from the film the liver soak in milk for 2-3 hours and refrigerate.

Then cut into slices, repel, salt, pepper, breaded in flour and fry in a pan in vegetable oil with 2 sides-literally a minute no more.
