Yeast pancakes with mushroom sauce
That is not how to cook pancakes on "Shrove Tuesday"?! Offer you a recipe that is used by our family for many years. Believe me - it is delicious!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    10-12 шт

  • Milk

    0,7 л

  • Yeast

  • Chicken egg

    1 шт

  • Flour

    0,5 кг

  • Sugar

    3 ст. л.

  • Salt

Mushrooms soak in cold water for 2-3 hours, then boil until tender. Drain the water, mushrooms, rinse well under running water.

Dissolve yeast in warm milk, add the egg, salt, sugar, flour. Knead the dough (the consistency is like thick cream). Leave the dough in a warm place to rise (approximately 30 min).

While the dough is "perfect", you can do the sauce. Mushrooms and onion cut into small pieces and fry in a skillet.

Sauteed with onions and mushrooms skip through Mincer. Lay back in a deep pan or saucepan, add 1.5 tbsp flour, salt, pepper (to taste), pour 2 cups of water and simmer on low heat for 20-30 minutes.

Spread on the preheated pan with the dough (I have a frying pan with non-stick coating, so I don't oil, if you have a regular, add to it a little vegetable oil) and fry pancakes with two sides

Well that's all, pancakes are ready. Serve them pouring the sauce on top. Very tasty
