Whisk the eggs with the sugar and salt. Mix the yogurt with warm water. Pull it all together.
Add the flour and yeast SAF-Moment. To make a fairly liquid batter. Pour vegetable oil and mix well.
Let stand for half an hour, until the yeast start to work.
Fry pancakes on a well-heated crepe maker or frying pan.
The pancakes are ready. You should get 12-15 pieces. Of course, it depends on the size of the pan.
Beat eggs in a homogeneous mass like an omelet.
