First, prepare the dough for pancakes. Dissolve yeast in warm water.

Add salt, sugar and gradually introduce the sifted flour.

Stir thoroughly, then dilute with warm milk and knead the dough. Cover the bowl with a towel and place in a warm place.

We prepare two very simple cream: strawberry and sour cream. I have frozen strawberries with sugar, finely ground in a blender, I have it thawed and the first cream is ready. The sour cream mixed with sugar, that's enough.

Coming up the dough increases in 2-3 times. Then add eggs, mix gently and again put in a warm place when the dough re-rise, you can bake pancakes on a heated pan with vegetable oil.

Overcook all of the pancakes and let them cool.

You can collect the cake, the first attempt to lubricate sour cream.
