Description

Ingredients

Tomato paste

Corn flour

Vegetable oil

Cooking

Cheese to grate on a coarse grater.

Sausages cut into small dice.

In a bowl combine milk, vegetable oil and egg. Add the tomato paste and mix well.

Separately combine baking powder and corn flour (I ground in a coffee grinder corn grits). Mix well.

Add flour mixture to tomato and dairy. Stir thoroughly to avoid lumps.

Then stir in the sausage.

Stir in the cheese. Mixture mix gently.

The finished dough lay on the molds. Top each cupcake put the cherry tomatoes. Molds put on a baking sheet and send in a preheated oven to 200°C. Bake for 20 — 25 minutes.
